Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This privacy policy explains what data we process on this website, for what purpose, and on what basis. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Processing When Visiting the Website

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files that your browser transmits, including IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type, and operating system. This data serves the technical security and stability of operations and is not combined with other data sources.

3. Contact Form and Email

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) to answer your request. We use service providers for email and for handling requests: our mailbox is operated by Google. We also use the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic PBC, USA, to sort requests and prepare replies. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. We have switched off the use of our inputs for training AI models in the settings. We review and send replies ourselves. We do not pass your data on for advertising purposes and keep it only as long as needed to handle your request.

4. AI Visibility Check

With the free AI visibility check we review a website you enter. Our server retrieves the publicly available website and evaluates it. This check works with fixed rules and does not use an AI service. We store the website address checked, the selected industry, the language, the result and the time, as well as your IP address in pseudonymised form (salted hash) to limit misuse. If you request the report, we also process your company name, email address and, if provided, phone number. We send you the report and may contact you about your result. The data is stored on our server at our hosting provider Gandi. We delete it after 12 months, or earlier on request. If a working relationship follows, we keep the data as long as statutory retention obligations require.

5. KI-Check (AI check)

In the free KI-Check you answer eight questions about your business, optionally with a short description. To write your personal plan and send it to you, Daniel Giebelhaus processes your answers and your email address and uses the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic PBC, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. We do not pass on your IP address. Please do not enter names or data of patients, clients or customers in the description. We have switched off the use of our inputs for training AI models in the settings. We review and send the plan ourselves.

We store your answers, the result and your IP address in pseudonymised form (salted hash) to limit the number of checks per day and to see which topics businesses are dealing with. If you request the plan by email, we store your email address and technical data to prevent misuse, and first send you a confirmation link. We only send the plan after you confirm. Unconfirmed email addresses are deleted after 30 days. After your confirmation, Daniel Giebelhaus receives a notification by email. He retrieves your answers and the evaluation from the server. Our mailbox is operated by Google; we keep this email only as long as we need it for your request. Whether Daniel Giebelhaus may contact you about your result is your choice via an optional checkbox. We delete your free-text description, the result and the IP identifier after 30 days, and the remaining answers and your email address after 12 months, or earlier on request. The data is stored on our server at Gandi.

6. Cookies and Consent

Technically necessary storage (such as your cookie choice) takes place without consent. We activate analytics and marketing services only after you have explicitly agreed via our cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw or change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

7. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Consent Mode

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and Google Analytics 4 to measure usage. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: before your consent, analytics and marketing storage are set to "denied" by default, so no analytics cookies are set and no personal identifiers are transmitted. Only after your consent are these services fully enabled. The IP address is processed in shortened (anonymized) form. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including outside Switzerland and the EU; Google relies on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Fonts and External Content

For consistent presentation we use web fonts. When loading, a connection to the provider's servers may be established, transmitting your IP address. This serves solely the correct display of the website.

9. Your Rights

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. You may also withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).

10. Data Security and Changes

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We reserve the right to update this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements. Last updated: September 2026.
